I'm being tortured

I've been branded, tagged, etc.. Any way, my wife does a good job with this blog and her facts are legit. I enjoy reading what she puts on here and enjoy looking at other's blogs. My wife is a little sensitive though. She is staring over my shoulder right now seeing what I am going to write. Please bare with her spelling, she is still in training. Here are 8 intriguing facts about Weston V the Freaky D.

1.) I've flown alot in my lifetime and it never gets better. I don't hate it yet, but I'm getting there. (Fear of Flying)

2.) I switch cars like it is going out of style. I live by this motto, "Everything I own is for sale! You pay me enough, I'll sale it! I have had at least ten cars in my lifetime.

3.) I am anal-retentive when it comes to my kids safety! I am sure some of you have witnessed it. Bare with me, I'm in therapy for it. I'm learning to let some things go. It rubs my wife the wrong way sometimes! Sorry honey.

4.) I always wanted to be a stripper. (Not completely naked) I'm a great closet dancer! (I'm totally joking about this one!!!)

5.) I take credit for Matt and Tiffany Deaton's marriage. I was always the 3rd leg in the party when we got together. They acted like we were all friends, but I knew what those two were brewing up! I just have a knack for bringing people together.

6.) I love to sing and want to pursue it more. I have not pursued it because of the business in my life. I'm learning to give some things up.

7.) I dated the best looking girl at Greenwood High School as a Freshman! That's right!!! She was a BIG Junior and I was a little freshman. I've got GAME! You know what I'm sayin, DOGG! FOR REAL DOE!

8.) I married the best woman for me! She is my life! She gave me 3 beautiful children! She is my best friend. I don't know how she puts up with me. She has the patience of a heavily medicated patient at Fern Terrace! That may be a bad comparison! NAA!

I am tagging ERIC DEVRIES! Melissa, you must make him complete this.

Tagged

I've been tagged by Tiffany.

Here are the rules--
1) Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
2) People who are tagged need to write a post on their own blog (about their eight things) and post these rules.
3) At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
4) Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.

Here are my Facts:
1. I have an intense fear of Lakes , ponds and rivers. I am extremely fearful of a dead body floating up next to me. ( I know its strange, but true) Weston thought it would be funny to make me fall in one time and I nearly killed him trying to get out. Showed him!!

2. I secretly wish I could be a doctor. I really like the human body and how works. Maybe someday I 'll have like ten years to go to school!

3. I had my hand slammed in a locker when I was in high school. Now I have a crooked pinky.

4. I like Dolly Parton. I love that she is so honest about being trashy and I love her music. Since I am a bluegrass music fan I just love her.
I also like Allison Kraus but there is just something about Dolly.

5. I love being a converted country girl. I grew up in the city and only went to the country on the weekends when I was with my dad. Being there were some of my best memories. I love that my kids will get to have free reign over our small acres out here.

6.My nick name is LL. Some may say LL cool J. I kind of miss not being called that since now I am LV but on occasion my best friend Brooke calls me that and weston too.

7. My first car was a buick skylark that was pee yellow and belonged to my grandmother. It only had 38,000 miles on it. We named it Erma. We also named my moms minivan Immajean.

8. I like to run. I ran a minimarathon while pregnant with Tucker. Too bad I can't seem to find time to run these days, but I try to get a little in here and there. Its a great stress releaver.

Well I am not going to pass this on except to my husband which has some neat facts and stories he could share.

The oddities in life

did I spell that right? Well anyway.. I had a great day yesterday and decided that since the kids had been so well behaved that I would take them out for a little bit while waiting for church time to come. I had recently been nominated to be the ring leader to decorate our church for christmas.(which is new for our church) I thought I would get some ideas at Hobby Lobby and compare prices on trees. Well I did just that and then allowed Tuck to look at the halloween costumes in the fabric section to get an idea for what he wanted to be THIS week. (2 weeks ago it was a cowboy, last week it was a bomb squad member and this week was a martian/ astronaut thingy). So time came to go eat at Anmas house and then to church. Well, in the middle of eating Weston comes in and says "Dont that have to wear costumes to church tonight" I let out a big fat OOOOOOPPPS!. So he said we'll have to go get something. I retched at the idea of paying the halloween prices for a costume because I know I can make something much better and for 1/2 the price. Well we ended up at Party one and tucker was in Kid heaven. He choice of the night was a ninja and AJ really wanted to be Spiderman, but Dad And I thought she should be a fairy or something more girly. Well, we got a fairy costume and come to find out 1/2 the costume was not even there. UGHHHHH! that place really gets me. ( not only did it have 14.99 on it and marked out and replaced with 18.99 pieces were missing!!!) Well that just shows you that making your own is better! anyway, AJ got to be herself and Tucker was a Ninja and I wish I had a Camra to show you how he walked into church all sly just like a ninja. he was adorable. So needless to say, I am going to try to come up with a superman, spiderman something for AJ. Oh yea, to beat it all on the way home Weston tried to take the incomplete costume back to Party one and they say all sales are FINAL. He pleaded with the clerk stating that all the pieces were'nt even there and she reluctantly returned the 20.00 we spent for a piece of tulle. Go figure. I just thought it was odd that I spent 20 mintues letting him look when we really needed something for the party at Church. that is just how my life works out. I guess it makes for some fun stories.

come on, you know what it is!

Tucker says mom, come look at what I made. So I pull myself over to the table and do my very best at trying to guess what the above is. So, What do you think it is?? After some studying, you can very plainly see that it is an alligator I mean come on!!!. I always love to see the way his imagination works.

sweet tooth

Tucker absolutely looooves anything that is sweet. He could eat his weight in any type of sugar. Sunday afternoon we made pumpkin fudge with Gran Gran and he had a GREAT time licking the left over marshmallow cream. The fudge wasn't bad either. We took some to his pre-school teacher to butter her up :)
pictures to come latter.. temp prob uploading pics.

Quick!, look fast..

they are getting along. :) As many of you with small children know, they fight more than they get along. I happened to be inside and looked out to see that they were actually communicating with words other than " STOP IT", and "NO". It was very cute but also very brief. You gotta catch em quick.

Class field trip

Wednesday Tucker's Pre-school took a trip to Jackson Orchard. They all had a great time and learned about how apple cider was made, took a walk through the corn maize (which was actually sugar cane) and then got to play in the straw castle and take a wagon ride to pick out a pumpkin. Here are some pictures!!

Here is Tucker telling AJ what kind of punkin' that was.

Chase and Tucker showing each other which ones they liked.

Walking to the corn maze with Chase. They were talking about the pond ( just to the right) that had a very large Shark! Yikes look out!
AJ trying to get a little sweeter in the sugar cane "corn field"
On the hayride, going to the pumpkin patch.
Picking out his pumpkin...Oh, time for a potty break

Back to business....Ansley Jane and John Robert snuck in a kiss or two at the pumpkin patch, you think they will remember their first kiss?

A great time was had by all!
